INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES
This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION 2016/679 (hereafter the GDPR) and sets out details of how the personal data you have provided are processed, as well as data that may be used directly or indirectly to identify you, via first name/family name, a numerical identifier (such as tax code) and contact data (email address, telephone number etc.).
THE DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data will be processed using suitable instruments and procedures able to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, via hard copy archives and documents, with digital, IT and telematic support. The Data Controller shall adopt all the measures deemed suitable to ensure the protection of your personal data, in compliance with the provisions of article 32 of the GDPR.
PROCESSING AIMS AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of assessing your candidature with a view to establishing a working relationship between yourself and the Data Controller. Processing is therefore necessary to carry out the pre-contractual measures put in place at your request and does not require your consent in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 subsection b) of the GDPR.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSING TO PROVIDE THEM
The provision of your personal data is voluntary: if you do not provide the data the Data Controller will not be able to record your name, assess your candidature and therefore will not be able to set up a working relationship with you.
Your data may be communicated to employees and collaborators of the Company as authorized data processing parties pursuant to article 29 of the GDPR, who will process your data according to the instructions of the Data Controller and the internal privacy manager. In addition, your personal data may be processed by third parties to whom the Data Controller outsources the recruitment of personnel, or communicated to parties, associations or firms acting in an advisory or consulting capacity for the Data Controller. These parties shall act as independent Data Controllers. The data gathered will not be disclosed.
Your personal data will be managed and stored on servers located in the European Union. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
STORAGE PERIOD AND CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THIS PERIOD
The Data Controller will retain your data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were legitimately gathered. Data will be stored for a maximum of six months after you send your C.V. or after you update your C.V. with us.
